About
I was asked about where the inspiration of this blog started by many important people in my life. I always struggled to answer what seemed like an easy straight forward question but to me it was a complicated and complex question that I had a hard time answering because it wasn’t something I originally wanted to do but more so a calling. After some time and lots of praying, someone I don’t know very well asked what my vision for Waves of Life was and this was my reply to him.
The idea of this blog came from my quiet time with Jesus. It really wasn’t mine at all to begin with but an idea he gave me to share my struggles and accomplishments that HE had brought me through. This is meant to be an outlet for believers who feel like they are experiencing things alone or struggle to talk about certain tops with their community at church. I feel the Lord wants to use my writing to teach others who struggle and stumble in their journey to know that HIS love and Grace is greater than our sin. I have come to realize that all the struggles and hardships we face in this world is all worth the journey we get to discover with him. Although my writing isnt the best and at times I’m terrible at communitcing things I know the Holy Spirtit will guide me and use me for his Good and Glory.
The name of this blog was inspired by my son and all the things I’ve learned since I saw those two pink lines and the waves of life that followed. I wouldn’t have started without all those who believed in me and prayed for me but most importantly Jesus my Lord and Savior.
